•    Account – A unique profile created to access a Quietiq Service.
•    Application – Any software application developed and owned by Quietiq Inc., including mobile apps, desktop apps, utilities, readers, generators, and productivity tools.
•    Company – Quietiq Inc., a Calgary-based corporation.
•    Device – Any device that accesses a Quietiq Service (phone, tablet, laptop, desktop).
•    Personal Data – Information that identifies or can reasonably identify an individual.
•    Usage Data – Data automatically collected while using a Quietiq Service, including performance statistics and diagnostics.
•    User Content – Information, files, images, text, QR codes, data entries, or other materials the user generates or stores within the Service.
•    Website – Quietiqinc.com or any affiliated Quietiq web property.
•    You / User – The individual or entity using a Quietiq Service.

Important:
Quietiq does not automatically upload or access User Content unless the Application includes an explicit cloud-enabled feature and You opt in.
If the Application does not offer cloud features, all User Content remains local on the Device unless You manually export or share it.

Some Quietiq Applications may require camera access (e.g., scanning QR codes or capturing images).
Quietiq does not:
•    Record video
•    Save raw camera feed
•    Upload camera images
All processing is performed in real time on Your Device.
