These Universal Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all software, applications, websites, tools, and digital products offered by Quietiq Inc. (“Quietiq,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), including mobile apps, desktop applications, utilities, generators, scanners, productivity tools, and any related services (“Service”).
By accessing or using any Quietiq Service, You (“You,” “User,” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
If You do not agree, You must discontinue use of the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
By using the Service, You represent that:
You meet the minimum age requirement
You have legal authority to enter these Terms
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
2. Scope of Services
Quietiq provides a variety of digital tools and software solutions, which may include:
QR code generation and scanning tools
File creation, editing, or export utilities

Future Quietiq products not explicitly listed
The features available to You may vary depending on:

Your device type
Free vs. paid functionality
Regional availability
3. User Accounts
Certain Services require creating a Quietiq Account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Keep login credentials secure
Notify Quietiq immediately of unauthorized access
You are responsible for all actions taken through your Account.
Quietiq reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
Deny account registration at its discretion
4. User Content
“User Content” refers to:
QR codes, files, documents, or data entries you create
Images, logos, templates, or text you upload
Projects, notes, or labels stored in the application
Any material generated or stored through Quietiq software
4.1 Ownership
You retain full ownership of your User Content.
4.2 License to Quietiq
By using the Service, You grant Quietiq a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to:
Process User Content locally on your device
Display User Content within the software
Enable export or sharing only when initiated by You
Quietiq does not claim ownership of your content.
5. Local Storage and Data Handling
Not all Quietiq applications use cloud services.
Unless explicitly stated and enabled:
User Content is stored locally on your device
Quietiq does not upload or access your files
Quietiq does not sync files across devices
If a Quietiq application includes cloud-based features, such functionality will be optional and clearly disclosed.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
Use Quietiq software for unlawful purposes
Generate harmful, malicious, or fraudulent content
Upload copyrighted or proprietary material without permission
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify Quietiq software
Interfere with or bypass security features
Use the Service to distribute malware or malicious links
Harass or exploit other users
Quietiq may enforce these Terms by monitoring system-level abuse indicators—not individual content.
7. Prohibited Content
You may not create or distribute content through Quietiq Services that contains or links to:
Malware, phishing pages, or harmful code
Illegal activities or contraband
Hate speech, extremist content, or threats
Defamatory or harmful material
Misleading, deceptive, or impersonation-related content
Sensitive personal information about others
8. Software Updates
Quietiq may provide updates, bug fixes, security patches, or new versions of its software.
By using the Service, You agree that:
Updates may be applied automatically
Features may change, improve, or be removed
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates
9. Purchases, Subscriptions & Billing
Some Quietiq products may offer:
One-time purchases
Monthly or annual subscriptions
Premium features or upgrades
Purchases are processed through:
Apple App Store
Google Play Store
Quietiq’s own billing platform (where applicable)
By purchasing, you agree to:
Pay all applicable fees
Accept auto-renewal unless cancelled
Follow the refund policies of the applicable platform
Quietiq does not provide refunds for purchases processed by third-party app stores.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
Quietiq Services may link to or rely on third-party services.
Quietiq does not:
Control third-party content
Guarantee safety or accuracy
Endorse external websites
You access third-party resources at your own risk.
11. Intellectual Property
Quietiq owns all rights to:
Software code
App design and user interface
Branding, trademarks, and logos
Documentation and help content
Any proprietary algorithms or systems
Users may not:
Copy, distribute, or resell Quietiq software
Use trademarks without written permission
12. Termination of Service
Quietiq may suspend or terminate your access if You:
Violate these Terms
Misuse or abuse the Service
Attempt unauthorized access
Engage in fraudulent or illegal behavior
You may terminate these Terms by discontinuing use of all Quietiq products.
13. Disclaimers
13.1 “As-Is” Service
Quietiq Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Quietiq does not guarantee:
Error-free operation
Continuous uptime
Compatibility with all devices
Accuracy of user-generated content
That bugs or issues will never occur
13.2 User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Verifying accuracy of content You generate
Ensuring compliance with laws in your region
Protecting your device and data
Any consequences of sharing or distributing content
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Quietiq is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Quietiq is not liable for loss of data stored locally on your device
Quietiq’s total liability is limited to the amount You paid for the Service (if any)
Some regions may not allow certain exclusions; your rights may vary.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Quietiq harmless against claims arising from:
Misuse of the Service
Violation of these Terms
Distribution of harmful or illegal content
Third-party disputes involving your User Content
